  • Part of the defense team that settled a minor’s wrongful death claim at Mediation (August 2024);
  • Part of the defense team that secured a jury verdict defeating a $650,000 breach of contract claim by the developer of a senior living facility (March 2024);
  • Represented a seller of commercial real estate in Hampden County. Sale price $12,250,000.00 (Dec. 2022);
  • Represented a seller of commercial real estate in Hampshire County. Sale price $4,250,000.00 (July, 2022);
  • Obtained an order of Dismissal of a Superior Court suit filed by a Boston firm against a local attorney (2022);
  • Prevailed in a four day hybrid Land Court trial (half Zoom/half in person) in favor of defendant-land owners whose neighbor was trying to take their land and convert their driveway to a public way (2021);
  • Settled a 7 figure accidental insurance death claim, following denial (2018);
  • Successfully defended a Will Contest case in Franklin County (2018);
  • Trial Attorney in the first case in Hampshire County applying the new Alimony Law to termination of alimony judgments retroactively, and testing the durational limits that apply to long-term marriages (2014);
  • Represented the Buyer in the then highest-priced home sale in Northampton history (2013);
  • Argued a discrimination Appeal before the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, in Washington, D.C. (2011);
  • Trial Attorney in the first same-sex Divorce case in Hampshire County history (2008);
  • Settled a 6 figure wrongful death claim against trucking company (2001);
  • Represented a Postal Worker in the then highest personal injury settlement (1994) in the history of the Hampshire Bar Referral Service;
